Th Financing Model and Strategy Research Based on Syndication Loan with Joint Liability in Supply Chain

The supply chain financing model will achieve the win-win situation of both small and medium-sized enterprises and banks. This paper firstly builds the expected profit functions for the participation enterprises in supply chain, further analyzes relationship between decision variables and deduces the optimal decision-making value, and the impact upon the profit of the supply chain.
