市场经济的性质

市场经济是人类经济系统发展的一个阶段，具有专业化的生产性质和广义联合产权的制度性质。相比之前的经济系统，市场经济的性质突出体现在广义联合产权制度性质上：平等的参与权、共享的收入权和普遍保障权。转型国家和发展中国家构建完善的市场经济制度，不应该过分强调私有化，而应该首先明确个体对市场经济享有充分的参与权、收入权和保障权。

On the Nature of the Market Economy

Market economy system is a stage of human’s economy system,which is charactered by its specialized production and generalized united property rights.Compared the economy system before,the distinguishing character of market economy system is the generalized united property rights including participation right,income right and security right.The countries in transition and the developing countries should not place too much emphasis on privatization plans,but should definite individual participation right,income right and security right.
