| Abstract: | The features of small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises (SMSEs) are analyzed, and the connotations of enterprise culture in SMSEs are defined. With the significance of constructing enterprise culture in SMSEs stressed, the article recommends that risk values be cultivated, full play be given to human beings, and teamship be strengthened in the construction of enterprise culture in SMSES so as to raise the quality of SMSEs as a whole, integrate cultures, and enhance the innovative conscientiousness. |
