| 摘 要： | 广东省外商直接投资在地域分布上大部分集中在珠三角,在产业结构中明显地指向第二产业特别是工业上。外商直接投资这种不断的集聚必然对广东经济产生了一些新的影响:继续扩大区域经济的差异,加剧了广东三类产业结构的偏差、国内企业技术开发能力萎缩等问题。文章探讨了外商直接投资变动的主要因素,并提出了相应的调控策略

| Abstract: | Most of the direct foreign investment has been made in Zhu river delta on area distribution and in the secondary industry on industrial structure, especially in industry. The perpetual convergency of FDI will have some influence on the economy of Guangdong province. The author discusses some major factors causing the alteration of the direct foreign investment and probes into some helpful strategy. |
