| 摘 要： | 农村土地是农民重要的收入来源和生活保障.农村土地制度对劳动力乡城转移决策具有重要的影响.当前,国内外学者主要从土地禀赋、土地产权、土地产权流转等方面研究了土地制度对农村劳动力转移的影响.然而,现有研究在研究结论上存在较大分歧,且缺乏对分歧出现原因的深入研究,并在研究内容上缺乏系统性.
