中国经济制度变迁动力分析

为了揭示中国经济制度变迁及其经济增长的动力特征,采用理论思辨分析方法,将经济制度定义为内在规定了经济活动的激励水平和交易成本的规则体系。认为任何一种经济制度都存在内在缺陷,从而导致经济制度的衰退,不利于经济增长。为了进一步促进经济增长,就必然要进行制度变迁。中国50多年来经历了从资本分散化到集中化,再由集中化到分散化两次经济制度变迁,这两次制度变迁的激励方式与水平、交易成本的形式都是不同的。

The dynamical analyses of the economic system change of China

In order to find the dynamical character of economic system change and economic growth of China,the economic system is defined as a series of rule system,which determines the stimulation level and transaction cost of economic actions.As it is seen,the aim of the system is to stimulate the growth of economy.On the other hand,any kind of economic system has its inner limitation,which leads to the degeneration of economic system and makes against the economic growth.In order to make for the economic growth,the economic system change is necessary.Based on this,the main process of system change of China was studied,and the character of stimulation,transaction cost and economic growth were analyzed,which belong to different period of Chinese economic system.
