| 摘 要： | 兵变就是以军人为主体的团体在内外因素激发下超越法律和军规而采取的严重集体越轨行为，具有特殊性、暴力性和越轨性三大本质属性。民国初年的兵变现象具有自身的独特之处，主要表现在时间特征、空间范围、行为类型、目标取向、形成原因、社会后果六个方面。

| Abstract: | Mutiny,with troops as its main force and often caused by inner and outer factors,is a serious collective activity regardless of law and military rules.It is characterized by specialty,violence,and aberration.Mutiny in the early years of the Republic of China(1911-1949) shows some unique characteristics in time,space,type,aim,reason and effect. |
