| 摘 要： | 腐败的滋生和蔓延既是一种政治现象,也是一种文化现象。加强反腐倡廉建设,必须高度重视廉政文化的作用。廉政文化建设对群众路线教育实践活动的开展有助推作用,也为搞好群众路线教育实践活动提供了坚强的思想保证。开展群众路线教育实践活动,进一步密切了党群干群关系,为廉政文化建设创造了良好的社会契机,提供了实践平台,也为廉政文化建设提供了坚强保证。

| Abstract: | Corruption is a political and cultural phenomenon,so anti-corruption depends on anti-corruption culture.Furthermore,anti-corruption culture is conducive to the promotion and ideological support of the massline campaign,which,in turn,can strengthen the Party-masses relations and provide a social atmos-phere as well as a practical guarantee for the construction of anti-corruption culture. |
