| 摘 要： | 人的本质在于人的社会性。当前,我国新生代农民工与社会之间的矛盾冲突性凸显。面对新形势、新情况、新问题,必须正确处理新生代农民工与社会之间的关系。互相尊重是新生代农民工与社会之间的润滑剂和粘聚剂,实现新生代农民工与社会的相互尊重是一个互利互助的共赢行为。

| Abstract: | The nature of human is sociality. Presently, the contradiction between new generation migrant workers and the society is increasingly obvious. In face of the new situation and problems, the relationship between new generation migrant workers and the society should be handled properly. Mutual respect is not only a lubricant but a adhesive. Realizing the mutual respect of new generation migrant workers and the society is a win-win action. |
