| 摘 要： | 自由不是随心所欲,自由是有限制的。然而,在当今网络社会,一些人无视自由的边界,为所欲为,导致网络自由发生异化,产生一系列社会问题。只有推行以技术控制、道德约束和法律规制为一体之对策,才能使网络自由健康发展。

| Abstract: | Freedom does not follow one＇s inclinations. It is limited. However, in today＇s society, some people ignore the boundary of freedom, do whatever they like, which cause the alienation of network freedom and a series of problems. Only by carrying out the countermeasure which combines the technical control, moral restraint and legal system can network freedom develop healthily. |
