| 摘 要： | 本文运用韩礼德衔接理论中的结构性衔接机制——主位结构来研究罗斯福政治演讲中的连贯性,通过此衔接机制的分析来研究结构性衔接和语篇语义连贯有没有必然联系,能否通过研究篇内形式衔接机制来总结出保证语篇意义连贯的条件。

| Abstract: | This paper uses Halliday＇s structural cohesion, viz theme structure as a theory foundation to analyze the semantic coherence in Roosevelt＇s political speech. Through this cohesive device analysis in the speech, the writer aims to find out if there is any prerequisite connection between intertext formal cohesion and semantic coherence, and what is the necessary condition for a semantic coherent text. |
