| Abstract: | Nowadays,parent subsidiary company plays a more important role in society,which has been the basic form of consisting enterprices into a group.It has the advantage of maintaining the freedom of parent subsidiary company,menwhile,it pursues the legal value of justice and fair play and the economic value of individual benefit and group benefit of the society. |
