| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯是个特殊的社会政治体系,政治上的专制与暴力及其虚无主义的道德说教铸成了典型的俄罗斯式的政治发展模式:普通民众被排除在政治之外,政治发展的主动权完全掌握在精英手中。

| Abstract: | Russia is an unique social and political community,despotism in polity and nihilism in moral dogma are typical reflection of the interaction between Russian polity and morality.In Russia,polity is swallowed by administration;this unique phenomenon results in a series of severe consequence in the interaction between polity and morality.Public are excluded out of polity, they have no chance to comprehend the trait of polity,not to speak the characteristic of political-morality. |
