| 摘 要： | 高校开展素质教育的试点和实践证明 ,提高教师的素质 ,是成功实施素质教育的根本保证 ,其内容主要包括思想政治素质、职业道德素质、心理品质素质、科学技术文化素质和教育教学能力素质等五个方面。同时 ,加强高校教师队伍建设 ,提高教师队伍的整体素质 ,适应新形势。迎接新挑战 ,是高校实施素质教育面临的紧迫任务。

| Abstract: | The experiment and practice for developing quality education proves that the improvement of the teachers' quality is the guarantee for the successful execution of the quality education,which mainly includes thought and political quality,professional ethics quality,psychological quality,scientific and technological quality,and educational teaching ability.Meanwhile,It is the pressed task for the application of the quality education to enforce the teachers'construction,to improve the teachers' quality,to adapt to the new situation and to accept the new challenge. |
