| 摘 要： | 高校青年党政管理干部不仅具有学科专业知识,还是管理与服务的专才,理所当然是知识分子队伍的重要组成。建设高素质的高校青年党政干部管理队伍,首先必须正视队伍现状的不足:如认识远未到位;建设存在误区;封闭体系尚未打破;政策不够完善。在此基础上必须建立队伍建设的科学新机制;知识、专业、能力结构配置;政策的导向;定理轮岗制度的建立都必须合理。

| Abstract: | Of course,young Party and governmen t management cadres in colleges and u niversities are an important compon ent part of the contingent of intellectu als.In order to build up a contingent of highly qualified young Party and g overnment man-agement cadres,first of all,we must acknowledge our defects in building this contingent.And on this basis,w e must also establish a new scientific mechanis m for the contingent building. |
