| 摘 要： | 以人为本的管理思想已深入人心,因而对人需要的研究也成为管理者研究的重要问题。需要对社会有巨大的推动作用,对于企业发展也是至关重要的。了解现代企业成员需要的内容、特点,能使成员的需要系统在组织发展中得到及时地表达、反映、体现和满足,是企业生存的关键,是企业实现组织目标的关键,也是现代企业生命力之所在。
