| 摘 要： | 21世纪，生态市场经济将成为主流经济形态。简要论述了生态市场经济的概念，建立生态市场经济的必要性，以及条件、可能性，最后结合建立有中国特色社会主义生态市场经济的发展观，从制度创新，政府干预，完善法制，建立模范城市等几个方面提出了一些意见。

| Abstract: | The ecology market economy will become the mainstream economic form in the 21 st cen- tury.This article simply discusses the concept,the necessity,the condition and the possibility of ecology market economy,and gives some propasal from the system innovation,the government in- tervenes,legal system the perfecion and the model city establishment based on the development view of Chinese characteritic socialism ecology market economy. |
