对我国农村实现小康的思考

从 5方面分析了我国农村建设小康的难点 ;讨论了我国农村小康建设的途径 ,如 :( 1)领导思想观念的转变 ;( 2 )各省、地、县尽早做出科学务实的农村小康建设规划 ;( 3 )适当提高农副产品的价格 ,增加农民的收入 ;( 4 )投资的重点逐渐从城市向农村转移 ;( 5 )强化法律和行政措施 ,切实保护农民的权益 ;( 6)城乡持续的创新能力是确保我国小康社会内涵和上层次的持久动力

REFLECTION ON THE BUILDING OF A WELL-OFF SOCIETY IN THE COUNTRYSIDE OF CHINA

This paper analyzes five important and difficult points in building the countryside of China into a well-off society and discusses the ways of building a well-off society in the rural areas, which include changing the ideas of the administrators in the government at various levels, giving top priority to the building of a well-off society, working out scientific and practical projections to realize that goal as early as possible in different provinces, districts and counties, appropriately raising the prices of farm products and by-products to increase the income of the farmers, gradually transferring the city-centered investment to the rural areas, enforcing the measures of law and administration to protect the legal rights and interests of the farmers, and maintaining the innovation capacities in both cities and the countryside. These represent enduring motivations to ensure the realization of the goals of the drive for building an overall well-off society in China.
