| 摘 要： | 大学校长职业化是近几年来高等教育管理理论讨论的热点之一。在走向大学校长职业化的进程中,大学校长只有处理好高等教育内在价值和外在价值的关系、处理好教育事业观和教育产业观的关系以及教育创新中高校内部各个层面的关系,才能保证大学校长职业化的顺利实现。

| Abstract: | The professionalization of the principal in the university has been one of the hot topics in the theory of the higher education administration.During this course,there are three relations should be dealt with,namely the relation between the inner value and the outer value in the higher education,the relation between the education career and the industrialization of the education in the higher education,and the relations on various levels in the process of education innovation.Only can we do with them well,the professionalization of the principal in the university can be really realized. |
