| Abstract: | Building a team of high-calibre politics counsellor is an inevitable demand of training qualified talents for the socialist modernization construction.This paper analyzes the current situations of speeding up the construction of the politics counsellor teams in colleges and universities,and put forward a countermeasure for the specialization and professionalization of the politics counsellor teams to meet the demand of political thought work in colleges and universities. |
