| Abstract: | The core competence of a university is the impetus resource to build up first-class university. Fostering core competence of a university is a systematic and comprehensive process which must focus on core priorities, develop university characters, and integrate together rational orientation, exact selection, systematical execution and resource adjusting. Only by this way, can the core competence of universities be established. |
