| 摘 要： | 通过缠绕式牧草压饼机的研制,论述了牧草“缠绕—压缩”技术的工艺特点,压饼机的工作原理与设计要点。重点论述在缠绕压缩过程中,牧草的载荷分布,变形规律,草饼的形成与受力分析。提出并分析了缠绕压缩成形的主要影响因素,以及各影响参数的变化曲线和计算公式。

| Abstract: | In the development of hay waferer of winding type,technological features of hay winding-compressing process have been studied are presented in this paper along with design key points and operation fundmentals of the hay waferer.Further discussion is proceeded with emphasis on the load distribution and deformation law of hay,and the formation and force analysis of hay wafers during this process,the main factors which inf- luence the forming of hay wafers,as well as the change curves and calcu- lation formulas of all parameters,have also been given and analyzed. |
