| 摘 要： | 我国公众法律思维受传统法律文化、政治文化及伦理文化的影响,具有与法制社会建设不相匹配的局限性。表现在法律价值理性认识不足,思维要素、运思方法欠缺,重情厌诉的伦理倾向以及权大于法的思维定势。
