| 摘 要： | "政府责任"是个动态的、综合的体系,自行政学成为一门独立的学科存在以来,就一直把政府责任视为重要领域进行研究、探讨。文章试图通过文献检索的方式对政府责任研究领域进行分析,以反思政府责任研究的现状,为学界同仁对该领域的研究、思考提供借鉴。
