| Abstract: | Through analyzing the well-known poet Guo Xiaochuan reputation tort case,journalist's professional quality and the occupational moral should be intensified;the construction of laws and regulations should be strengthened and the industry supervising and management also should be enhanced.The article pointed out the function of spiritual compensation and the significance in media right infringement. |
