An Analysis and Guidance to Job Application Techniques for College Students

Job application techniques indicate college students’ various abilities and qualities,and play a key role in whether the job application is successful or not.This paper,taking graduates at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example,makes a detailed statistics and analysis to the problems in job application process,with a focus on job application techniques,the significance,functions and skills of resume writing,and other details worthy of special attention in job interviews.It also puts forward to systematic training methods in job application and summarizes our experience at the Center of Job Consultancy and Services,Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.It is hoped to offer practical guidance to other college graduates in their job applications.
