| 摘 要： | 辽宁省作为东北老工业基地之一,失业率位居全国前列,劳动力供求矛盾十分突出.利用多种预测方法对辽宁省劳动力供给和需求进行了预测,经过研究发现,未来几年辽宁省劳动力供大于求的现象仍然存在.在预测的基础上,分析了辽宁省经济发展中劳动力供求不均衡问题,并提出了大力发展第三产业、扶持中小企业的发展、完善职业培训制度和体系等建议.
