新生代营销人才核心素质测评指数模型研究

摘    要:随着“80后”成为一线营销队伍的主力,适时划分出新生代营销人才这一特质群体。运用实证探测手段,挖掘贴合新生代营销人才特质的核心素质测评指标,研制开发可反复施测的稳定测评量表,将研究触角延伸到每一题项,构建层次分明、路径明晰的评价指数模型。本研究尝试将人才素质测评引入细门类、可延续的发展轨道,为完善我国各类人才综合评价体系提供思路与方法借鉴。
