| 摘 要： | 种子的质量就是企业的生命线，经营规模是企业获得利润的根本保证，而种子生产基地的选择、建立，种子的生产、收购等诸多环节决定着中国种子企业的生存、发展和强大，目前中国种业企业在制种方面面临生产基地建设、统一标准管理、良种收购入库等方面许多制约因素。从转换土地流转机制的角度分析我国实行种业适度规模经营的可行性，以期探讨中国种子企业做大、做强的有效途径。
