失业的传导机制及后金融危机时期政府扩大就业的思路

国际金融危机冲击我国就业缘于由外而内的传导机制，主要通过贸易渠道、汇率渠道及外商直接投资渠道产生作用，具有蝴蝶效应、羊群效应及冲击对象相对集中的特征。后金融危机时期，继续保持较快的经济发展速度、加快转变经济发展方式、大力发展战略性新兴产业、进一步完善社会保障体系、建立和完善失业预警机制是我国政府扩大就业的主要对策思路。
