个案辅导模式的后现代转向及其面临的挑战

后现代主义对传统社会工作个案辅导模式提出了尖锐的批评,它们质疑传统社会工作个案辅导模式的实证主义哲学基础,怀疑传统社会工作个案辅导模式的人与外部环境之间相互影响的理论逻辑构建的基本视角以及个案辅导者的专家地位。一些社会工作者积极吸收后现代主义的思想,总结自己的辅导经验,首先在家庭辅导领域提出以现实主观构建为其哲学基础、主体间构建关系为其理论构建的基础视角、强调个案辅导者与求助者建立平等联盟关系的不同个案辅导模式。这些个案辅导模式具有明显的后现代主义取向,与传统个案辅导模式相抗衡。同时,后现代主义取向的个案辅导模式也面临一些无法回避的挑战,像现实主观构建的不可能性、主体间构建关系的困境以及个案辅导模式的含混性等,这些挑战根植于后现代主义思潮中。因此,社会工作个案辅导模式的发展有赖于对后现代主义的超越。

The Postmodern Turn and the Challenge Facing Social Casework

The traditional social casework perspectives,which are criticized on their philosophical base of positivism,their fundamental concept of interaction between person and environment,and the social caseworker's position of expert by the postmodernism,are paralleled with the ones with the postmodern turn which are based on the concepts of social construction,relationship between person and person,and alliance of therapists with clients.Meanwhile,the social casework perspectives with postmodern turn face the big challenge which is rooted in the limitation of postmodernism.
