| 摘 要： | 信息化时代对高校档案建设提出了挑战.利用信息技术,建设数字化档案已势在必行,它将改变传统档案的管理模式,提高档案的使用效率,扩大档案的服务面.为此,本文将对高校档案数字化建设的内涵、特点、存在问题及对策作初步探讨.

| Abstract: | The digital times poses challenges to the archives construction of institutions of higher learning. It is imperative to utilize information technology to construct the digital archives, which is about to change the traditional way to manage archives, improve the efficiency of using archives and broaden the service of archives. This paper conducts an initial investigation into the connotation, characteristics, merits and defects of the digital construction for institutions of higher learning. |
