浅论房地产多级市场

摘    要:研究和发展房地产多级市场有十分积极的现实意义。笔者综述了我国房地产多级市场的发展现状,在此基础上提出了活跃房地产市场的对策,尤为突出了发展二手房市场,合理调整住房结构和规范房地产市场是我国房地产多级市场发展的必由之路。只有实现存量和增量市场的联动,完善住宅市场的供给结构;促进存量住房资源的合理使用,满足不同层次居民购买力的住房需求,规范房地产多级市场,才能形成一个高效透明的市场环境,从而活跃房地产多级市场。

Abstract:It is of realistic significance to study and develop the multilevel market of real estate. Based on the status quo of the market in China, the author puts forward some suggestions of activating the market, emphasizing the necessity to develop the second-hand housing market, to adjust the housing structure, and to standardize the housing market. A highly efficient transparent market can be formed only after a balance between the stock and the increment has been achieved, a variety of houses befitting customers of different purchasing powers have been provided, and the multilevel market has been regulated.
