| 摘 要： | 平等协商和集体合同制度是国际工会运动的直接结果,它作为一种特殊的合同在我国市场经济发展过程中,对维护和谐劳动关系发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章就其现阶段存在的种种突出问题进行了论述,提出应从加强立法、利用三方协调机制、提高协商人员素质等各方面加以改善。

| Abstract: | The system of equal negotiation and collective labor contract is the direct result of the international trade union movement. As a particular contact, it is playing a more and more important role in maintaining harmonious labor relationships in the development of market economy of China. It is believed that such measures as enhancing legislation, using the triple negotiation rules and improving negotiation deputies'ability should be adopted to solve some of the problems that have appeared in China. |
