清末新政与黑龙江新式教育

清末新政时期 ,黑龙江各民族的新式教育蓬勃兴起。这不仅一定程度上提高了黑龙江各民族的文化素质 ,而且在边疆危机日益深重的情形之下 ,有巩固国防、共御外侮的意义。本文探讨了黑龙江各民族新式教育兴起的原因、发展历程 ;剖析了黑龙江少数民族新式教育的意义及发展的不足。其中所反映出的新式教育的推广和普及对于提高民族素质和固守边疆的作用与意义 ,于今仍有借鉴作用。

New Administrative Policies during Last Years of the Qing Dynasty and Heilongjiang''''s New Styles of Education

New styles of education among each of nation alities in Heilongjiang mu shroomed during last years of Qing Dynasty. This trend to a degree not only incr eased cultural qualities of Heilongjiang's various nationalities but also played a significant role in strengthening national defense and collaborating against overseas invaders at the time of frontier crisis deteriorated day after day. The paper analyzed the booming reason and developing history of new styles of educa tion among Heilongjiang's various nationalities and points out the significance and disadvantages of development of new styles of education among Heilongjiang's minorities, among which some are still valuable even at present time regarding the role and significance of improving nation's qualities and guarding frontier brought by publicizing new styles of education.
