| Abstract: | Integration of industrial capital and financial capital can be divided into three types according to the international tendency.They are primary integration,profound integration and strategic integration respectively.The benefits by pushing the integration between industrial capital and financial capital can be discussed as follows: firstly,it can foster core competition of the conglomerates to realize profit internalization;secondly,it can take full advantage of trademarks and resources of the conglomerates to create value synergies;and finally,it can enforce national industrial policy to promote industry safety. |
