| Abstract: | The paper first makes an investigation of the position and functions of the department which manages technology assets in colleges and universities under the new situation. Then it gives a discussion on how to deal with the relationship between management and service correctly and how to supply and manage the technology assets.Finally it directs a way to improve the technology assets work in colleges and universities. |
