完善社会保障制度的四个问题研究

社会保障问题是目前我国社会生活中一个倍受关注的热点问题。一个符合社会主义市场经济体制和我国基本国情的社会保障制度的建立和完善 ,既关系到我国经济体制改革的进一步深入 ,也直接影响着我国社会稳定的大局。本论文从完善社会保障制度这一角度进行了一定的研究 ,主张我国社会保障要注意“适度性” ,要兼顾公平性 ,并且以问题为导向 ,注意特殊的文化心理特征的影响

A Research on the Four Questions Concerning Perfecting the System of Social Security

At present,the problem of social security is in hot debate.It is very important to set up a system of social security suitable to the social market economy and the basic condition of our country and make it to be perfect.It will not only have effect on the further reformation of China's economic system but also influence upon the stability of our society.This article analyzes these questions and holds that China's social security should keep moderate degree,give consideration to the equity,regard the real problem as a leading role and pay attention to the influence of special cultural psychology.
