| 摘 要： | 本文结合北京市的实际情况 ,从人口、经济、思想文化等三个方面分析了形成北京市就业压力的成因 :人口增长因素 (包括自然增长、迁移增长、外来流动人口 )是形成北京市就业压力的人口原因 ;经济发展中的诸多问题 (包括北京传统工业的结构性调整和北京劳动力供求之间的结构性矛盾 )是形成北京就业压力的经济原因 ;思想文化历史积淀中的负面影响是形成北京就业压力的思想原因

| Abstract: | This article,combining with the actual situation,has analyzed the contributing factors to the employment pressure in the city of Beijing in terms of population,economy and ideological culture.The factor of population growth (including natural growth,migratory growth and outside floating population)is the population reason for the pressure.A great deal of problems (including the structural adjustment of traditional industries and the structural contradiction between supply and of demand for labor) in the economic development is the economic reason.The negative effect of old cultural habit is the ideological reason. |
