| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,高校辅导员如何更好地适应辅导员工作的发展要求,是当前高校辅导员面临的重要课题。本文主要从高校辅导员的角度,通过对辅导员的角色定位、具备的工作素质、创新的工作方法三方面问题的分析,阐述对高校辅导员工作的认识。
