| 摘 要： | 改革开放特别是实施西部大开发战略以来，西宁市流动人口迅速增加，这一方面加速了城市经济社会的发展，另一方面也对城市社会融合带来了诸多问题，妥善解决城市流动人口社会融合问题是当前城市社会管理中一项迫切任务，为此必须从转变政府职能，强化服务意识等方面入手，加速流动人口的社会融合，进而构建和谐西宁。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, especially in implementing the western development strategy, the mobile population in Xining City has increased rapidly. On one hand, this is regarded to have accelerated the city＇s economic and social devel- opment, but on the other hand, this has brought many problems to the integration of urban society. A proper solution to prob- lem of social integration of urban mobile population is an urgent task of the current urban social management, for which we must start from the aspects of transforming government functions and enhancing service awareness, in order to accelerate the integration of the mobile population, thereby to construct a harmonious Xining. |
