关于新疆就业问题的思考与探讨

目前,新疆就业供需总量的矛盾日益突出。下岗人员再就业率愈来愈低,农村富裕人员转移就业需求愈来愈大,大中专毕业生尤其少数民族毕业生就业选择愈来愈窄,成了新疆就业最突出的问题。要积极开发就业岗位;要积极引导正确的就业观念;要动员全社会参予就业工作,开创新疆就业工作的良性循环局面。

Reflections on the Employment in Xinjiang

AT present,the problems of employment supply and demand becomes more prominent: low rate of the re-employment of laid-off workers,a larger supply of surplus rural farmers,narrower channels of university graduates and ethnic minority graduates in particular,etc.it is thus imperative that more employment posts be set up,a correct concept of employment be instilled,and more people be called on to be involved in employment undertakings.
