| 摘 要： | 对城乡经济运行原理及城乡经济运行实际进行分析认为，城乡要素流动和城乡政策对统筹城乡经济发展有着至关重要的作用。要统筹城乡经济发展，应从城乡市场资源配置机制、城乡公共产品投入机制、城乡社会保障机制、城乡规划机制等方面入手进行统筹。

| Abstract: | Basing on the analysis of urban-rural economic operation theories and practice, the author believes that both the operation of urban-rural elements and urban-rural policies play a pivotal role in the urban-rural economic development. Therefore, to coordinate the urban-rural economic development, we must begin with the following mechnisms of urban-rual market source distribution, of urban-rural public products investment, of urban-rural social protection, of urban-rual plan and so on. |
