摘    要:本研究旨在提高管理处主任队伍绩效考核的针对性和合理性,规范物业管理处主任基本技能及要求,对国内物业管理行业岗位技能标准体系设计有一定的意义。采用文献综述法、访谈法和问卷调查法等方法进行研究。以心理契约ERA循环管理理论为指导,确立了职业操守和工作技能两个指标体系,并分别对每一指标体系内容及评价标准进行了界定。

Abstract:This study is to improve the rationalization of the personnel selection and performance appraisal of Head of Estate Caretaker, and to regulate its basic profession skills. Literature review, interview and questionnaire are employed. Two criteria, such as professional ethics and profession skills, and all the contents and appraisal criteria are established in this study based on EAR of Psychological contract.
