| 摘 要： | 大学流动有其特定的含义、性质和类型。衡量一所大学是向上还是向下流动,主要的方式是对大学进行评价。大学流动受制于众多的内部与外部、主观与客观因素,弄清这些制约因素,有利于大学流动的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The flow of a university has its specific meaning,nature and types.Whether a university flows up or flows down is judged mainly by evaluation of universities.The direction of a university flows is subject to many factors,internal or external,subjective or objective.Clarification of these constraints is beneficial to the healthy development of flow of a university. |
