农村中学体育教师职业倦怠的成因分析——以江苏省苏北地区为例

本研究试图通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计以及深度访谈等研究方法对苏北地区农村中学体育教师"职业倦怠"的成因进行深入分析与研究,为强化农村中学体育教师职业认同感,摆脱农村中学体育教师"职业倦怠"的困扰,促进农村中学体育教师专业成长和专业化发展,同时也为相关部门了解和认识农村中学体育教师"职业倦怠"提供理论参考。

A Cause Analysis of Occupation Burnout of PE Teacher at Rural Secondary Schools in North Jiangsu Province

This study attempts to analyze and research in - depth the cause of PE Teachers＇ ＂occupation burnout＂ at Rural Secondary Schools through the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and the depth interviews in north Jiangsu Province. It provides a theoretical conference for the target to strengthen PE teachers＇ occupation identity at rural secondary schools, to get rid of their ＂occupation burnout＂ puzzle, to promote their professional growth and professional development. It is also of referential value for the relevant departments to understand and recognize the ＂occupation burnout＂ of the PE Teachers in the rural secondarv schools.
