| 摘 要： | 实现体面劳动是我国社会发展的重要目标。实现体面就业是实现体面劳动的首要目标,大学毕业生体面就业是社会和谐与稳定的根基。因此,高校就业工作应从"媒介"转变为"监督",从而奠基大学生体面就业,实现社会和谐。

| Abstract: | Achieving decent work is an important target of social development,and achieving decent employment is the first aim of achieving decent work.Decent employment of college graduates is the foundation of social harmony and stability.Therefore,college employment work should be changed from the role of "media" into "monitor",thereby laying foundation for decent employment of college students to achieve social harmony. |
