论我国文化创意产业集群发展的态势、困境与对策

在阐释我国文化创意产业集群发展基本态势的基础上指出,目前我国文化创意产业集群发展正面临着制度规范困境、资源利用困境、人才支撑困境和市场开发困境,要突破这四大困境,就需加快完善产业集群发展的法规体系,着力优化产业集群发展的区域布局,积极拓展产业集群发展的融资渠道,努力构建产业集群发展的人才规模培养机制以及推动建立产业集群发展的活力有序市场体系。

The Posture, Dilemma and Solution to Cluster Development of Cultural and Creative Industries in China

This paper, based on the interpretation of the general state of cultural and creative industries development in China, points out that cultural and creative industries development are faced with four predicaments of system specification, resource utilization, human resources support and market development. In order to break through these four predicaments, it is necessary to accelerate the improvement of legal system of industrial cluster development, to strive to optimize the regional distribution of industrial cluster development, to actively expand the financing channels of the industrial cluster development, to try hard to enlarge the scale of the talent training mechanism for development of industrial clusters and to promote the vitality and order market system of industrial cluster development.
