高校档案管理创新的探索与实践

管理创新对于高校档案事业的发展极为重要。管理创新的关键是观念更新 ,其根本是要把着眼点放在解决学校档案事业改革和发展中带有全局性、根本性的问题上 ,放在档案工作者的整体素质上。文章结合档案馆管理实际 ,就管理创新着重阐述了三点 :一是致力于增强全校档案事业可持续发展能力 ;二是致力于增强全馆的向心力、凝聚力 ;三是致力于增强全馆学术研究风气的不断形成。

Exploration and Practice in Innovative Archives Management in Institutions of Higher Learning

Innovative management is of vital importance to the development of archives in colleges and universities. Management is the core, around which others can be carried out. The key of innovative management consists in the renewal of ideology. It is essential to attach importance to the solution of overall and fundamental problems, which come up in the course of archives refrom and development, and to the overall quality of archives staff. This paper makes some explorations in respect of innovative management of archives. It mainly analyzes the improvement in the ability of sustainable development in archives, the enhancement of cohesive force of archives staff and creation of academic atmosphere.
