| 摘 要： | 从邓小平的"发展才是硬道理",到"三个代表"重要思想的"发展是党执政兴国的第一要务",再到以胡锦涛为总书记的新一代中央领导集体提出的科学发展观,是我们党在发展观问题上的重大理论创新.科学发展观强调以人为本,实现经济社会全面、协调、可持续的发展,这些思想要素在邓小平理论体系中已有萌芽.研究邓小平的科学发展思想,对于更好地以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,具有重要的理论价值与现实意义.
